Sometimes we seek that which we are not yet ready to find.

About This Quote

Sometimes we seek that which we are not yet ready to find. Sometimes we seek what we are not yet ready to seek. Not that I’m saying you aren’t looking for the perfect person, but that you haven’t found them yet. That you haven’t spent enough time with them, or know them well enough to know whether they are the right person or not.

The best way to approach this is to be open-minded about who you meet and who you date. If it takes a little longer than expected, so be it. The waiting will be worth it.
